Cam Ranh Golf and Resort, Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa, Vietnam
Client: Nha Trang Petroleum Investment Joint Stock Company
This development is 172 ha in Cam Lam, Khanh Hoa Province and is comprised of residential subdivision (360 allotments ranging 300 – 700 squared meters), 27 hole golf course, clubhouse and golf facilities, hotel and villas.
YSC was engaged to design and manage all infrastructure engineering services such as roads, storm water drainage, lakes, water supply, electricity supply, telecommunication, security system, street scapes, sewerage reticulation and pump stations. Sewerage treatment plant with MBR technology achieved class A discharge prior to reuse for irrigation.
1 in 100 year storm was analysed to ensure the flow (80cumecs) of the existing Suoi Do creek, and the new open channels are safe and desirable to protect the residential allotments. Total construction plan is 430 drawings. |

Villa Son My Golf Resort, Vietnam
This 27 hole golf championship course is designed by Cashmore Golf Design.
Yellowstone Consultants was engaged to design infrastructure for the golf course, hotel resort, commercial areas and 430 residential allotments (with average lot size of 580sqm).

Mixed Use Projects
Commercial and Residential Development
High Street, Preston
The project was managed by CK Designworks with a value of approximately $6 million in High Street, Preston. The complex was developed for commercial and residential mixed use, comprised of six levels including basement. Site retention was a challenge to the project to protect next door property and existing side roads.

Resort Development, Hefeil Golf Course
Yellowstone Consultants was engaged to provide concept and detailed design for stormwater drainage for the 18 hole Hefei Golf Course (China), including AG Drain for bunkers and green areas.
Golf course was designed by Cashmore Golf Design.
O’Gradys Road Subdivision
This nine lot subdivision is located in Kilmore East (Victoria), low density residential development.
The project involved design and project management for road, drainage, water reticulation, gross pollution trap and restoration of the natural water course.

Water Sensitive Urban Design
Yellowstone Consultants was engaged to design residential development in Nagambie.
WSUD was used to determine the acceptable level of Total Suspended Solid, Total Nitrogen and Total Phosphorous and various treatments to the stormwater runoff prior discharge to the existing drainage system.
